The Pier house is 3200 sq. ft. with two bedrooms on a private pier, and Blue Point (3200 sq ft) is a second two bedroom home on it’s own private beach. Palm Terrace is a 4500 sq ft house sporting five bedrooms on it’s own beach, and finally the Beach house, a small one-bedroom cottage with an open-air living room and bath. Pure delight and absolute privacy!
Heaven is the 2 mile long sandbar extending out into crystal clear azure waters perfect for private picnics or just pure relaxation. There is open air dining and elegant dining – your choice on any day, a billiards room, satellite TV, wave runners, a 28 ft Nautilus Rib Catamaran, water skiing, fishing, windsurfers, snorkeling, diving (for an extra charge), gym, state-of-the-art giant outdoor movie theater on the beach, tennis court, volleyball court, karaoke, jogging paths, and so much more that I can’t list it all here!
If you like, they can arrange for your own private yoga instructor, a steel drum band, fireworks, a treasure hunt, massage therapist, tennis instructor, even a super-spy island adventure can be designed for you – whatever (there is an extra charge for these services).

All-inclusive rates for up to 12 guests at Musha Cay start at $37,000 USD per night with a 4 night minimum (plus 11% tax). For groups of more than 12
